Power, control and telemetry for systems that have to survive.
Seinar Systems engineers the electrical and control backbone of vehicles and automated equipment, from the first prototype to a fleet in service.
Capabilities
Four practice areas, staffed by the same small engineering team so nothing gets lost between them.
Power systems
Power distribution, conversion and protection design for vehicles and industrial equipment.
Embedded control
Controllers, interlocks and safe-state behavior for motors, actuators and automated equipment.
Fleet telemetry
Sensing, data collection and alerting that tell you how every unit in a fleet is doing.
Prototypes
Short, focused builds that prove a concept before it is committed to production.
Approach
Every engagement moves through the same three phases, with a review between each.
Requirements
Operating conditions, failure modes and what "done" means, agreed in writing.
Prototype
A working build on the bench, tested against those requirements.
Qualify and field
Field trials, documentation and support into service.
About Seinar Systems
Seinar Systems grew out of an advanced-projects design group that built control and power hardware for demanding environments. The work has always been the same: small systems that have to run unattended and fail safely when something goes wrong.
Today we are a compact engineering firm working for equipment makers and operators who need that kind of reliability but don't keep a full systems team in house. We design, build prototypes, and stay involved through fielding.
We keep the team small on purpose. The engineer who writes your requirements is the one who brings the prototype to the bench.
- Focus
- Power, control and telemetry
- Model
- Project engagements and long-term support
- Principle
- Lean design. Every part earns its place.
